The best way to explore the kerala backwaters would definitely be the Kumarakom houseboats cruise. Sitting facilities will be provided to you on the upper deck of our houseboats. The kumarakom houseboats are equipped with sundeck, decorated benches, tables, toilets. You can add a houseboat cruise in your itinerary in kumarakom backwater without spending the night in Houseboats, Guests can check in at 1230 hrs. We will greet you with fresh tender coconut water and start the cruise after a short briefing introduction. You can relax and enjoy the canals and rivers and backwater. At 1300 hrs houseboat will stop for lunch. Lunch will be served with lavish menu of traditional kerala cuisine. At 1500 hrs it will continue its cruise covering beautiful rivers and canals with palm trees and small houses near to it , villages paddy fields, churches, etc, If you want, you can have an experience of Kerala’s traditional drink, the Toddy ( soft liquor made from Coconut it is safe pure and sweet) en-route from the Toddy shops located on the bank of the river / backwater.
