Kerala Houseboat Itinerary

Guests can check into the houseboats at 12.30 hrs. We will welcomed by our staff and other representatives with fresh tender coconut water and start the cruise after a short introduction. You can sit back, relax and enjoy the canals, rivers and backwater, at 13.30 hrs houseboat will stop for lunch, with lavish menu of traditional kerala cuisine( if any special meals like main food in north Indian or food without spice etc, if you would require, it has to be informed in well advance)

At 14.30 hrs continue your journey with the cruise covering the mesmerizing beautiful rivers and canals with palm trees and small houses near to it , villages, paddy fields, churches, etc, If you want, you can have an experience of Kerala’s traditional drink, the Toddy ( soft liquor made from Coconut it is safe pure and sweet, ) en-route from the Toddy shops situated on the bank of the river / backwater. You can also buy fresh prawns or crab or karimeen from local fishermen and give to our chef, who will prepare it tastefully for your dinner.

At 1800 hrs the houseboat will anchor in an isolated area. (Till next day morning 07 30). Most of the time we will stop near the land, so that you can also have an opportunity to go out and stroll around the riverside or villages and come back, Evening Enjoy your Dinner and leave the hustle and bustle busy world behind you and have a sound sleep in your floating paradise.

At 0630 hrs Bed tea / Coffee will be served, enjoy the sunrise and breath the fresh polluted free air. You can have your breakfast at 0800 hrs which include bread, butter, jam together with Iddaly, Dosa etc.

1000 hrs is the time to check out and end of the services in houseboat and leave houseboat with an ever lasting beautiful memory.
